Raspberry Tart.
This delicious and creamy cocktail is made using
De Kuyper Raspberry liqueur
mixed with fresh raspberries, freshly squeezed lime juice and a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.
To make this smooth and indulgent cocktail, simply blend all the ingredients together in a blender with crushed ice. It’s up to you how long you blend it to what thickness you prefer so you can decide whether to drink it or eat it with a spoon! Serve into a
tumbler glass
half filled with cubed ice and garnish with a fresh raspberry resting on the top of the cocktail.
