This month our cocktail of the month is a recipe that we feel sure will have you bouncing around with enthusiasm! We haven’t been able to find a story as to how the cocktail came to be called a Kangaroo but we are convinced that you will really enjoy it anyway!

This delicious cocktail has a tangy, slightly sharp yet refreshing taste. Just shake the Noilly Prat and Stolichnaya together and pour into a tumbler glass of ice cubes. Add a generous dash of the freshly squeezed lime juice. Garnish it with a wedge of lime for the perfect finishing touch. Go on – treat yourself.
