Ingredients:

20 mlPisco (40% abv)*
20 mlBénédictine Dom (40% abv)*
20 mlAperol (11% abv)*
1 DashPeach Bitters (1.7% abv)*
12.5 mlLemon Juice
1 Egg White
Liquid volume = 77.5ml*
Alcoholic units = 2*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 23.6%*

Method:

Add the Benedictine, Aperol, Pisco, peach bitters and egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake VERY hard for about 5 seconds, remove and fill the glass with ice, before sealing and shaking the mixture again.

Garnish:

To garnish, add 3 drops of Angostura bitters and 3 drops of Peychauds bitters carefully to the top of the drink, before swirling the dots of bitters to create your chosen pattern. Top with Orange peel and serve.
