Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 DashAngostura Bitters (44.7% abv)*
2 MeasuresGreen Mark Vodka (40% abv)*
1 MeasureLime Juice
Top upTing Grapefruit Soda
0.75 MeasurePeach Purée
Liquid volume = 198.74ml*
Alcoholic units = 2*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 11.2%*
* Please note: Volume and ABV values are approximations only.

Method:

Half fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add in each ingredient in the above order. Stir gently. Garnish with a slice of freshly cut grapefruit.

Additional notes:

For best results use freshly made peach purée (although you can also buy ready made peach syrups). A true rock star celebrity cocktail - this fantastic recipe was created especially for the 2009 Russian Standard Q Awards and was also served at the 2010 Glamour magazine Women of the Year Awards. A long and refreshing drink - bursting with citrus flavour!
