Method:
Build the ingredients one by one in a tumbler glass half filled with ice cubes. Stir well.
Additional notes:
Gorgeous sour cocktail where the bitterness of grapefruit juice complements the rich herbal tones of Bénédictine. For best results, use freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
Garnish:
Twist of lemon zest if desired.
