Kamikaze
Ingredients:

| 2 Measures | Green Mark Vodka (40% abv)* |
| 1 Measure | Cointreau (40% abv)* |
| 0.5 Measure | Lemon Juice |
Liquid volume = 87.5ml*

Method:
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve.
Additional notes:
A simple cocktail full of tangy citrus flavours – on the slightly sour side. Often served in a shot glass with tequila instead of the vodka, this Kamikaze recipe is served in a martini glass for sipping for maximum enjoyment!
Garnish:
With lemon zest resting on the side of the glass.
