Ingredients:

| 1 Measure | Noilly Prat Dry (18% abv)* |
| 0.75 Measure | Chilled Mineral Water |
Liquid volume = 93.75ml*

Method:
Stir all the ingredients together with lots of ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Additional notes:
Herbal and botanical flavours abound in this recipe from the intricate tones of Bénédictine, the aromatised vermouth of Noilly Prat and the cucumber and rose infused taste of Hendrick’s Gin.
Garnish:
Slice of lemon peel resting on the edge of the glass.
