Ingredients:

| 2 Measures | Cointreau (40% abv)* |
| 2.5 Measures | Frobishers Pineapple Juice |
| 1.5 Measures | Grapefruit Juice |
Liquid volume = 150ml*
Alcoholic units = 2*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 13.3%*

Method:
Pour the ingredients into a highball glass half filled with ice and stir gently.
Additional notes:
For best results use yellow grapefruit juice (using pink grapefruit juice will make the cocktail pink!)
Garnish:
A piece of grapefruit zest resting on the rim of the glass.
