Ingredients:

| 1 Measure | Cointreau (40% abv)* |
| 0.5 Measure | Lemon Juice |

Method:
Shake and strain all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Additional notes:
Tangy flavours of the orange peels from the Cointreau complement the dryness of the Hendrick’s.
Garnish:
A twist of lemon zest resting on the edge of the glass.
