Desert Haze
Ingredients:

| 2 Measures | Hendrick's Gin (41.4% abv)* |
| 0.5 Measure | De Kuyper Cherry Brandy (24% abv)* |
| 1 Measure | Frobishers Orange Juice |
| Top up | Ginger Beer |
Liquid volume = 187.49ml*

Method:
Shake first three ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass half filled with ice cubes. Top up with ginger beer.
Additional notes:
A long cocktail with an intriguing blend of flavours – dry (the gin), fruity (the Cherry Brandy), bitter (the freshly squeezed orange juice and slightly spicy (the ginger beer).
