| Top up | Frobishers Pineapple Juice |

Method:
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add the De Kuyper Crème de Menthe- Green and gin. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Top up carefully with pineapple juice.

Beautiful green cocktail balancing the dryness of the gin with the sweetness of pineapple and the fresh flavour of mint.
