Ingredients:

2 MeasuresBourbon (40% abv)*
0.5 MeasureDe Kuyper Apricot Brandy (24% abv)*
2 Mint Leaves
Liquid volume = 62.5ml*
Alcoholic units = 2*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 36.8%*

Method:

In the bottom of a mixing glass of shaker, muddle together 1 sprig of mint with the De Kuyper Apricot Brandy. Add the bourbon and stir. Carefully strain the liquid into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the remaining sprig of fresh mint.

Additional notes:

Always use fresh mint for julep cocktail recipes – they look better and last longer in the glass as well as giving the best flavour.
