Montego Bay Cooler
Ingredients:

| 2 Measures | White Rum (40% abv)* |
| 1 Measure | De Kuyper Crème De Bananes (24% abv)* |
| 3 Measures | Frobishers Pineapple Juice |
Liquid volume = 150ml*
Alcoholic units = 3*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 17.3%*

Method:
Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into a highball glass half filled with cubed ice.
Additional notes:
Tropical flavours of bananas, freshly pressed pineapple and rum.
Garnish:
Garnish with a zest of lemon.
