Raspberry Tart
Ingredients:

| 2 Measures | De Kuyper Raspberry Liqueur (16% abv)* |
| 8 | Raspberry |
| 1 Measure | Lime Juice |
| 1 Scoop | Ice Cream (Vanilla) |
Liquid volume = 75ml*
Alcoholic units = 0.8*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 10.7%*

Method:
Blend all ingredients together with crushed ice. Strain into a tumbler glass half filled with cubed ice.
Additional notes:
Rich and creamy complemented by the tangy flavour of raspberries.
Garnish:
A fresh raspberry to rest of top of the drink.
