Method:
Chill the first four ingredients and mix together in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a champagne flute. Top up with chilled champagne (or dry sparkling white wine).
Additional notes:
An elegant cocktail for any occasion. If you are working to a tight budget – our tip would be to substitute a good sparkling white wine instead such as Blanquette de Limoux or sparkling Vouvray from France or Cava from Spain instead of champagne.
