Amaro Dolce
Ingredients:

| 2.5 Measures | Frobishers Orange Juice |
| 0.25 Measure | Sugar Syrup |

Method:
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice and fine strain into a Martini glass.
Additional notes:
A distinctive bitter sweet combination with almond and orange flavours. Amaro is the Italian word for bitter and dolce is the Italian for sweet.
