| 2 Measures | Milk |
| 1 Measure | Double Cream |

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender with crushed ice.
Additional notes:
Bananas and cream in a glass with a hint of almonds!
Garnish:
A slice of banana on the rim or an exotic leaf if desired.
