Russian Spring
Ingredients:

| 0.5 Measure | De Kuyper Crème De Menthe - Green (24% abv)* |
| 2.5 Measures | Soda Water |
| 1 Measure | Frobishers Apple Juice |
Liquid volume = 125ml*
Alcoholic units = 1*

Method:
Shake together with ice the first 3 ingredients. Strain into highball glass half filled with cubed ice. Add soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
