Ingredients:
| Amount | Ingredient |
| 1 Measure | White Rum (40% abv)* |
| 1 Measure | De Kuyper Cherry Brandy (24% abv)* |
| 0.75 Measure | De Kuyper Blue Curaçao (20% abv)* |
| 4.5 Measures | Frobishers Pineapple Juice |
| 3 Measures | Frobishers Orange Juice |
Liquid volume = 256.25ml*
Alcoholic units = 2*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 7.7%*

in-the-spirit classifies one shot as a measure of 2.5cl or 25ml
Method:
Shake all ingredients together with ice except the De Kuyper Blue Curaçao. Strain into a highball glass half filled with crushed ice. Top with De Kuyper Blue Curaçao (do not stir before serving).
Additional notes:
Use freshly squeezed Pineapple & Orange Juice if possible. Garnish with a slice of star fruit if desired.
