Strawberry Shortcake
Ingredients:

| 1 Measure | Disaronno Amaretto (28% abv)* |
| 1 Measure | De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - White (24% abv)* |
| 12 | Fresh Strawberries |
| 2 Scoops | Ice Cream (Vanilla) |
| 1 Measure | Whipped Cream |
Liquid volume = 75ml*
Alcoholic units = 1*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 17.3%*

Method:
Blend the first four ingredients together with ice, and a shot of strawberry syrup and pour into a hurricane glass. Float the whipped cream on the top of the drink.
Additional notes:
Very sweet – but deliciously fruity and just like strawberry shortcake!
Garnish:
A fresh strawberry if desired.
