Ingredients:

| 0.5 Measure | Lemon Juice |

Method:
Shake all the ingredients together with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Additional notes:
Rich and warming flavours of the cognac mix beautifully with the zesty flavours of Cointreau and lemon juice.
Garnish:
Twist of lemon zest resting on the edge of the glass.
