Ingredients:

0.5 MeasureDisaronno Amaretto (28% abv)*
0.5 MeasurePeach Schnapps (23% abv)*
1 MeasureAmarula Cream (17% abv)*
1 MeasureCream
Liquid volume = 75ml*
Alcoholic units = 1*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 14.2%*
* Please note: Volume and ABV values are approximations only.

Method:

Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a topping of chocolate shavings.

Additional notes:

For a less creamy version use milk instead of cream.
