Mint Splash
Ingredients:

| 1 Measure | Cream |
Liquid volume = 50ml*
Alcoholic units = 0.5*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 10.3%*

Method:
Shake all ingredients together with ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
Sprinkle with crushed peppermint chocolate if desired and add a sprig of fresh mint.
