Apricot Dream
Ingredients:

| 1 Measure | De Kuyper Triple Sec (40% abv)* |
| 1 Measure | De Kuyper Apricot Brandy (24% abv)* |
| Top up | Frobishers Pineapple Juice |

Method:
Half fill glass with cubed ice. Build ingredients over ice with dark rum first, then the apricot brandy followed by the Triple Sec. Top up with pineapple juice and stir gently. Add wedge of pineapple to edge of glass and serve.
