Amore Dolce
Ingredients:

| 1 Measure | Raspberry Vodka (37.5% abv)* |
| 3 Bar Spoons | Caster Sugar |
| 1 | Lime |
| Top up | Cubed Ice |

Method:
Slice the lime from the top nearly to the bottom and again at ninety degree angle so that the lime opens out and place in the bottom of the glass. Add 3 bar spoons (teaspoons) of caster sugar. Add one shot of Stolichnaya Razberi and one shot of Campari. Stir and fill glass with crushed ice.
