Irish RedWinner of the Mix Factor London Heat by Gustaf Pilebjer of BRB The Arc and eventual overall runner up. 
Ingredients: 1 shot De Kuyper Wild Strawberry, 0.5 shot vodka, 0.5 shot of sugar/gomme syrup with Guinness to float Method: Shake the vodka, De Kuyper Strawberry and the sugar syrup with ice and then pour into a Martini glass. Layer the Guinness on top. Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the side of the glass. Stir and blend before drinking. Return to Mix Factor Cocktails |
