Curaçao liqueurs are made from the dried peel of the small bitter Curaçao orange from the Caribbean island of Curaçao. The Curaçao liqueurs can be blue, orange, red or clear, but it is purely decorative and doesn’t have an effect on the flavour.

Great used in cocktails such as the Blue Lagoon, Ritz Fizz and Green Eyes.
